Ten top tips for losing weight naturally.

Ok! So you have finally decided to loose some extra pounds for you wedding, the summer or your simply single and want to impress a partner. What ever it is, then you have nothing to loose by following some simply rules and procedures throughout your daily lifestyle.

A simply weight lose plan.

Calorie counting.
For an active lifestyle both men and Women should be looking at 2,500 calories a day. If you feel you’re not as active you should be looking at 2,000 calories a day. If you want to try and loose weight through calorie counting try and work towards 300 to 500 less calories a day to loose 1 to 2 pounds per week.

Exercise.
Try and squeeze in a 30minute plan a day. It can be anything from walking, biking, a session at the gym or a swim. Pick something your comfortable with, don’t talk yourself out of it, just get up and do it. When you come back after 30minutes, you will have such a big smile on your face and will be so proud of yourself. I can guarantee you will be looking forward to tomorrow to do it again.

Eat healthy.
Think about what you’re going to eat. Keep away from packaged food. Here are some tips to think about: -
Eat plenty of vegetables, fruits, and grain products like bread and rice.
Eat only small, single servings of foods high in fat or calories.
Eat less sugar and fewer sweets.
Drink less alcohol or no alcohol.
Choose foods whose labels say low, light or reduced to describe calories or fat.
Choose 1 percent or skim milk products and reduced fat cheeses.
Replace ice cream with fat-free frozen yoghurt.
Replace sour cream with fat-free or low-fat plain yoghurt.
Make sure fish, poultry and meat is lean. Trim skin and fat.
Broil, roast or steam foods.
Eat a Favourite Rich Food, Sometimes
That may keep you from craving it. But eat only a small amount.

Ask your doctor.
If you have any complications or would like some advice based on your personal health conditions. Go and talk to your Doctor. They can give you a clear assessment and will welcome your idea for trying to be healthier. Be smart about it.

Diet Pills.
Ask yourself why? You don’t need anything of such kind. A total waste of money and effort. If you want to loose weight its up to you. Think positive and give yourself reachable goals. A pill will not help you loose weight faster or stop you getting your RDA (recommended daily allowance) of proteins, vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and fats.

Find a friend.
It is always good to have support when you are trying to lose weight. Find a friend who wants to lose weight and compare notes, weigh-in together and maybe even have a contest.

Join a group.
If you need some extra support and guidance, then join one of your local weight watcher groups. They will teach you everything you need to know and help you on a weekly basis. This is also a good way to meet and make new friends.

How to Look Good and Feel Good

Looking good and feeling good is quite easy and cheap. You do not need to undergo surgery of any kind to be beautiful inside and out.

Eat right, Drink right.

Eating more fruits and vegetables are not only good for the body but also good for the skin. Eating fruits and vegetables regularly make your skin glow. Also, make sure to drink beverages made out of natural ingredients such as pineapple juice or orange juice. With a dose of a glass of any of the two, there is no more need for you to take Vitamin C.

When people say that an apple a day keeps the doctor away, they could be referring to the hair doctor because apples make your hair shinier. Apples are also high in Vitamin C, potassium and natural fiber.

Love your Skin.

If you have dry skin you can moisturize the natural way by using virgin coconut oil. It is also good for you to use cream bars such as Dove so that your skin is smoother than ever. For the ones with oily skin and suffer from pimples from time to time, you can apply calamansi on your face. A calamansi is smaller than the regular lime. This fruit has natural acids that kill viruses i.e. pimples. The cold also kills viruses so it is also good to follow the calamansi treatment with ice treatment. These suggestions however are not suggested for people with sensitive skin. If you have abrasions due to acne it is better to consult a dermatologist.

Exfoliants are also very important. An exfoliant soap is suggested so that your skin is renewed through sweeping away dead skin cells.

Do not expose yourself to too much sun and if you want to get a tan; it is better for you to get a tanning lotion rather than staying under the natural heat of the sun. Exposing oneself to ultraviolet rays is not only dangerous, the sun’s heat also contributes to aging. When going out always apply sunblock.

Relax.

Getting a massage after a few minutes in the sauna is a good way to relax. Spending time at the sauna not only cleanses your pores and is good for the skin, it is also a good way to detoxify. A good massage also eases the tension in your muscles and improves blood circulation making you feel a lot better.

Aroma therapy is also a good way to improve our physical and psychological well-being with the use of essential oils. You do not have to go to a spa though to enjoy aroma therapy, instead you can light incense or scented candles while in the tub. For those who are fond of using toners and colognes add hydrosols to these liquids. Hydrosols are plant extracts that are used for essential oils. Adding them to your regular cologne would not only make you smell really nice but would also relax you.
